Quality Assurance

At our company, quality performance is guaranteed by our staff, comprised of highly trained translators and interpreters, who are not only excellent speakers of their languages, but who also use language purposefully and make conscious linguistic decisions. They maintain and upgrade their linguistic competence, and their outstanding education allows them to be familiar in several technical domains.

The services provided by our company can be divided into two major groups: oral and written performance. The secret of top-notch interpretation performance is thorough preparation. In that respect, we rely on cooperation with our clients, since they often have written material or previous documentation related to the event such as presentations, invitations, names of participants, etc., which make it much easier for the interpreter to adapt to the situation. It is in the interest of every stakeholder to allow the interpreter to be familiar with the circumstances. We also welcome feedback from our clients after such occasions because they can either encourage us to keep up the good work or they can point out in what ways we could improve our services. Of course, the greatest reward of our work is having customers return to us, who put their trust in our company again.

Translations require a different type of quality assurance. The first step is to make sure that our translators, aware of their professional liability, are able to complete the accurate translation of the text by the given deadline. Next, the translator prepares the translation with the help of supplementary material received from the client (previous translations, texts, glossaries), checks his work by reading it a few times, indicates any problematic issues if necessary and sends it to the reviser. The reviser checks the content of the translation comparing it to the original document, checks it for linguistic quality, clears up any dubious parts, and if necessary, adds comments addressed to the client. Then he sends the revised translation to the translator and the manager. The manager reviews the document for its form once again before transmitting it to the client by the deadline. Just as in the case of interpreting jobs, we welcome any feedback from our clients, since the more familiar we are with the linguistic conventions of our clients, the better we can meet their expectations.

Our quality assurance policy also guarantees that documents transmitted to us are treated with utmost confidentiality, they are not given to a third party. We can archive or delete them from our system upon request. Striving for flexibility in our client relations, we carry out minor subsequent modifications free of charge in translations prepared by our company. Our translations are always checked by a reviser because we see it as a token of quality work.
